Met je ademhaling kan jezelf rustig\u00a0 maken.<\/p>\n<p>Als je op dit moment op je ademhaling let dan kom je er misschien achter dat je ademhaling heel hoog zit. Wanneer je jezelf rustiger wil krijgen dan is het heel erg verstandig om je ademhaling naar je buik te brengen.<\/p>\n<p>Sterker nog je ademhaling hoort standaard laag in je buik te zitten, maar voor veel mensen is dat best een uitdaging.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom wil ik je vandaag helpen om de buikademhaling te activeren en te ervaren wat het voor je doet.
