Minder stress, meer ontspanning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Met een simpele ademhalingsoefening kun je je zenuwstelsel direct tot rust brengen. Even zitten, bewust ademen, en je merkt dat je hoofd en lijf kalmeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Betere focus, minder chaos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindfulness helpt je om je aandacht te richten op wat n\u00fa belangrijk is. Je werkt effici\u00ebnter en voelt je minder opgejaagd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Beter slapen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Door overdag korte momenten van ontspanning in te bouwen (met mindfulness of een korte zelfhypnose), geef je je lichaam en geest de kans om \u00e9cht te herstellen. Dat merk je \u2019s nachts: je slaapt dieper en wordt uitgeruster wakker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Meer veerkracht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Regelmatig bewust ademen of een korte hypnose zorgt ervoor dat je sneller herstelt van stress.
