In je lijf \u00e9n in je hoofd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom meer vezels zoveel verschil maken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vezels zijn geen snelle kick.<br>Ze werken juist op de achtergrond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is wat voldoende vezels doen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Rust in je bloedsuiker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vezels vertragen de opname van koolhydraten.<br>Daardoor krijg je minder pieken en dalen \u2192 <strong>meer stabiliteit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Minder trek en snackdrang<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je bloedsuiker rustiger blijft,<br>hoef je minder te vechten tegen \u201czin in zoet\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Meer verzadiging<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonen vullen goed, zonder dat je te veel eet.<br>Dat geeft vanzelf <strong>meer ontspanning rond eten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Rust in je hoofd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Veel mensen denken dat onrust of emotioneel eten mentaal is.<br>Maar vaak begint het gewoon in de buik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meer vezels = meer stabiliteit = meer rust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niet streng. Wel slim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een simpele en lekkere bonenschotel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonen hoeven echt niet saai te zijn.<br>Dit is een <strong>makkelijke bonenschotel<\/strong> die goed vult en heerlijk smaakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uded8 Bonenschotel met ui en paprika<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten (2\u20133 personen):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 blik of pot <strong>bruine bonen<\/strong> (uitgelekt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grote <strong>ui<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rode <strong>paprika<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gele paprika (optioneel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teentje <strong>knoflook<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olijfolie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprikapoeder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Komijn (optioneel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zout &amp; peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bereiding:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Snipper de ui en fruit deze rustig in olijfolie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg de knoflook toe en bak kort mee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Snijd de paprika\u2019s in blokjes en bak ze mee tot ze zacht zijn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg de bruine bonen toe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breng op smaak met paprikapoeder, peper en zout<br>(en eventueel een snufje komijn).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laat het geheel nog een paar minuten rustig doorwarmen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Klaar. Simpel.
